Stumble Guys is a fun game that lets you compete against others in the ultimate battle royal. As long as you love exciting action games, you'll likely get a kick out of this one. As a bonus, it's free to play. Get ready to play against hundreds of other online players as you work your way through various obstacles to see who comes out on top. While some players compare the game to similar titles, it has a familiar look with new features.

Before you play a single level, you get to customize your player. You can choose from funky animals like a tiger that looks ready to hit the field and unique aliens that come fully dressed for playing sports. Some of the other characters you can choose from include astronauts and ninjas. While some games make you pick characters based on their special actions or what they can do, this game gives all characters the same basic skills. You simply pick who you want to play based on the characters you want to see running across the field.

Stumble Guys has 17 levels that you can play. Each level moves the action to a new area and adds some new obstacles. If you think that you have a handle on the game because you move through the first level quickly, think again. While the other levels will have some similar accents, you'll find new and different things to do. When the level starts, your character moves to the starting line. The game will pair you with up to 31 other players for a total of 32 characters on the field. You then need to work your way across the field and move past the obstacles to get to the end as soon as possible.

One level takes place on a soccer field with a goal on the opposite end of the field. You need to move your character from the starting line to the goal post. While this sounds easy, keep in mind that giant soccer balls will come flying at you from all directions. Even the smallest of hits can knock you all the way back to the starting line. Another level moves you to a snowy mountain where you need to find a way to get to the top, even as enormous snowballs come at you. Stumble Guys also has a level that puts you on a big beehive. Not only do you need to find a way to jump over empty spaces, but you also need to be aware of the bees that can sting you. If you fall through one of the empty spaces, you need to start over again.

Fans of Nintendo games will find some familiar elements in this one. You will see cute images on your screen as well as colorful graphics that pull you into the game. Stumble Guys asks each player to complete three different rounds. Only those who make it across the finish line the fastest in the first round will move to the second round. You need to be one of the first across this finish line to start the third and final round. Playing the game is easy because you rely on the arrow keys on your keyboard. Simply press the right and left arrows to move your character across the screen as you avoid obstacles and reach the finish line.

As with most free games, Stumble Guys does have some ads. They usually appear every few levels, but some players found that they only came across an ad every three to five levels. One issue with this game is that it tends to feel repetitive. After you make it through the first round, you need to wait for all players to agree to play the next round. Once you complete all three rounds, it can take quite a long time for the game to load another session.

Another issue is that you need to pay for the Season Pass, which lets you get through the game faster. With a Season Pass, you unlock all of the available matches and can play for hours. As there are other similar games that let you play multiple rounds without paying a fee, you may dislike this feature. It also has many bugs and glitches that can happen right in the middle of a match. You may even come across a glitch that causes your character to run right into an obstacle you tried to avoid.

Don't forget about the music that plays either. While the music sounds cute and cheerful in the beginning, it can drive you a little crazy later because you hear the same music on each level. Turning off the sound will help. Many players also noticed that their controls did not work right. No matter how quickly you hit the arrow keys, your character may not do what you want them to do and cause you to lose a match.

You should not let these issues keep you from playing Stumble Guys. As it lets you play against online competitors, you don't need to worry about finding your friends and getting them to sign up. When you click on a new game, it will find players who are ready to compete against you. It also has 17 different obstacle courses that include snowy mountains and athletic fields where you never know which dangers will come your way. You can play the game multiple times and still not get all the way to the end of each match. For a fun physics game that players love, check out Stumble Guys.
